Booststory Oak and Steel Shelving System — Modular Wall-Mounted

The Booststory Oak and Steel Shelving System is a modular wall-mounted storage solution that brings the material contrast of solid European white oak and precision-formed steel together in a shelving architecture that is as configurable as it is visually compelling. The system is built around two primary components: solid oak shelving planks at 30mm thickness, available in widths from 60cm to 120cm in 20cm increments, and Booststory’s proprietary black powder-coated steel wall bracket — a single-piece bracket that accepts shelves of any width and mounts to standard stud walls or masonry using the included fixings. The bracket design is a significant departure from conventional shelf bracket aesthetics: rather than the right-angle profile common to standard shelving hardware, Booststory’s bracket uses a curved form machined from 8mm mild steel plate that creates a smooth arc from the wall mount to the shelf support, giving the shelving system the visual quality of designed furniture rather than storage hardware. Each shelf is finished with Booststory’s standard white oak hardwax oil, allowing the natural pale grain and characteristic medullary ray flecks of the white oak to be fully visible while providing the surface protection required for daily use with books, ceramics, plants, and kitchen items. The system can be configured in an infinite number of arrangements — a single row of shelves at picture rail height, a full wall grid from floor to ceiling, an asymmetric composition of varying shelf widths at different heights — allowing every installation to be genuinely site-specific. Standard pack includes 4 shelves and 8 brackets. Additional shelves and brackets sold individually. Maximum load per bracket pair: 40kg.
