The steel upright system uses three vertical members — one at the left wall, one at the corner junction, and one at the right wall — connected by horizontal steel channels at 300mm vertical intervals that serve simultaneously as shelf supports and the primary structural elements of the assembly, eliminating the need for the unit to freestand from the floor independently.
